Moran Towing

Commerce was contracted to encapsulate a compromised pier in the Philadelphia Navy Yard with an anchored sheet pile bulkhead. Corresponding earthwork, stormwater drainage, electrical and water utility work, lighting, paving, and architectural features were also included. The project posed numerous challenges throughout, but the project team worked diligently with the owner & engineer to complete it.
